How does this compare to your garlic and herb chicken breast?
I've made that twice so far because I've long felt that chicken breast is a challenge to do right, and I want to climb this hill. The first time was pretty good but the second time was excellent. The tenderness was 100% on-point this last time, but the herbs didn't come through enough for me to call it great. Third time will be the charm!
So yeah, how do they compare? On the scales of juiciness and flavor.

This brine looks great. I bribe with basic vinegar and salt. This looks more flavorful

Red meat has become very expensive, and my wife (kidney patient) isn't allowed red meat, anyway. Keep the Chicken and vegetable recipes coming! 💙

Dude. 1st! 1ST cooking show that talks about washing dishes while cooking. I can no longer tell my wife “well they never wash the dishes on TV or on the videos.” I hate you. I love you. :) thanks man
