Gone up in price somewhat since I bought one a few years ago! Got it for crimping a few thousand of the yellow crimps. The reds are ok to hand crimp, but the yellows need much more force. This tool was literally a wrist saver.
I’ve been making control panels for over 30 years and used ratchet crimpers all the time . I’ve had carpel tunnel operations in both my hands probably caused by repetitive use of manual crimpers.I bought one of these crimpers about 5 years ago and it’s a game changer expensive but worth it. Before this I was using the klauke manual crimper with interchangeable die’s which also fit the battery one .The battery has a very long run time and has never let me down .
I have actually used these, in a production environment, and hand crimping 170 terminals is not an appealing idea, expensive yes, but sometimes essential, and even if you don’t need the volume, crimping even a few 25mm2 you will need this or a hydraulic crimping tool - Julie
I build control panels for work and we have the same crimpers. I find that using hand crimpers for 10mm and below ferrules is faster and easier. For insulated terminals though I always use this tool whenever there's more than a couple crimps to be made, no matter the size - just to save my hands. It's especially handy for lug terminals.
I need to fix some 3 phase 125Amp cables with CEE connectors. I think the 5 internal wires are 25mm or 35mm squared. Is there any budget alternatives to this kind of tool ?
Uncaptured non-quick release screws will be lost day 1. Loose heads will be lost almost as fast. Will sit in the box against three tools that don't take 5x as long fiddling with heads, AND those three tools cost less than 20% as much.
600 squid! I just got a ratchet crimper with all the dies for 20 squid on hamazon - I won't cry if that gets nicked on site - and I won't need yet another charger I can't find - can't see any benefits - although suppose this electric one will save your right hand muscles for other activities 🤣
споров нету прикольная штука, может и стоит для промышленного изготовления шкафов управления и т.д. но зачем они поставили молодого и не опытного рядом с опытным не понятно, я со своим опытом ручным раз в 10 больше наделал бы этих огрызков)))

Alright for £730. Not for the average spark. I love tools but even I couldn’t justify that 😂
I won't spend all that money and all the ends not included in the kit. Sorry nope 🤦🏾♂️
You saved me 5 minutes. Thanks
Since this is an unknown brand, and known brands like milwaukee and Dewalt etc make crimpers like this for half the price? Ya, no. Lol

Thanks for sharing this helpful for those who don’t believe it’s an issue 👏
Excellent point. As I crimp more things, I will consider it. As more of a hobbyist, it's more expensive than I can justify at this time.
Great video! we especially love the part with the donut. 'mmm... donuts!'
😂👍🏻
Very nice 👀
Miluwakee needs to make this on their M12 line. Then I'd buy it... just because.

Great feedback 👍
But can it crimp the pin of a bayonet connector on to RG59 cable?
Yes it can
Up to 35mm2 and sold.
I thought Klauke was in the Bosch AmpShare program for use with the ProCore batteries😅
Another tool on the shopping list. But it looks a worthy purchase.
Will the ferrules be color coded too?

Where i can get cutting die set ?
Is it considered a mental health issue when you have to add solder after crimping?
It’s a bad idea to do. Solder isn’t flexible and can cause connections to fail.
Can it crimp micc pots?
Was interested until I saw the price £732 😂
Where did you get the cable cutting die? What’s the code for it? I can’t find it one online.
K118 according to the extent of supply listing for the tool.
4:39 💯‼
What is the hand crimper model?
Pressmaster, made in Sweden, good stuff

That looks really good.
Except for the yellow crimp, that one looked deformed.
Waiting for the first intern that accidentally crimps a finger off.
They can use a different insert (sold separately) to crimp it back on!

Die swap should be screwless for this money
Главное на пальцах не проверять!
ONE handed crimping compared to two handed crimping with 20 dies,
