    so it's a ticket management system, not a client portal. Like is there a way to ask clients for documents and have them sign PDFs and things?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  Год назад

      HubSpot does have an option for client portals under the Service Pro level. This portal does allow contacts to login to a system to see/track their submitted tickets, and you can develop custom pages for other use cases like submitting documents, etc.

    Is there a video deeping dive on shared inbox?
    it is possible to label conversatinos from inbox? For reporting on why customers are contacting us.
    I saw it is possible to label tickets, but didn´t find it for inbox

      That would be cool! We will try to add more videos on the inbox features in future video production. Conversations cannot be labeled, but if you use the inbox to automatically create tickets, you can add custom properties to the ticket for reporting!

      Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! We don't have a video on the Azure HubSpot integration, but maybe in the future we will!

    Hello, Is it possible to create an externally accessible link in HubSpot that we can attach to a QR code or embed in website for customers to click on that will auto-create a ticket in HubSpot?

      @landolimited6761 Год назад +1

      Idk (not with Hubspot at all) but I'd take the URL and convert it to a QR code (free generators are available online). Then get your engineer or programmer to embed that QR code in your site

      Hi Gabe! Thanks for watching and engaging with us, we appreciate your support. HubSpot doesn't generate QR codes, so you would need to use another service for that piece. Often clients use forms to automatically create their support tickets or when a deal is closed (we have another video on that!). You can also take advantage of our free 30 min consultation if you'd like to learn more or explore our consulting services. We'd love to chat!

    Is it possible to limit customers to report and followup on tickets via the customer portal only? Meaning no support via email correspondence?

      Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! I'm not sure if this is possible and might take some time/testing to figure this out. I recommend checking out HubSpot support or booking some time with us to chat: info.simplestrat.com/free-consultation
      Thanks!

    Trying to figure out how to categorize a ticket. Any thoughts?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  2 года назад

      Hi Shar, thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! Two things that come to mind without additional context are having multiple ticket pipelines, or creating a "tag property." Feel free to schedule 30-minutes with one of our HubSpot Specialists to see which might work best for you: info.simplestrat.com/hubspot-consultation
      Thanks again!

    How to fix soft bounced?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  Год назад +1

      Hi Marlon- thanks for the great question! Soft bounces are typically an error on the recipients end of things. This brings up a great topic of discussion that we can have in a future video.

    To bad that Hubspot has still not added the ability to track time in tickets.

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  2 года назад

      Hi Eric, thanks for checking out the video! If you use the Ticket "card view" they should show you the time a ticket has been open. Hope this helps!

      @@HubSpotHacks That stated when it was open, and not how long a team member spent on a case so a client can be billed for that time.
