This is an interesting concept since in the lore Terminator armor was supposed to replace standard astartes power armor. So legions all clad in Terminator armor was something Big E envisioned.
Space wolves couldnt claim the objective at the start with runes of claiming as they had first turn and couldnt be in control of their objective until their command phase ends which means runes of claiming couldnt be used until the next turn.
