Agreed, though the Russian 203mm SPG Did little damage to buildings like the Flaktürme (Flak Towers). Even though they were purpose-built Bunker-Busters, yet the 203mm would penetrate any E100's roof any day of the week it's efficiency of penetrating reinforced concrete was very low. The Flaktürme's crew always surrendered before the tower came down (Because of the limited number of them that were built they were over 45 Meters tall and made of expensive materials). Anyway the revalancy of the superfortress to Flaktürme is that both of them would be made out of reinforced Concrete unless as the war went on Germany ran out of materials, and they switched to cheaper, easier to source materials (it is 1946 after all). Feel free to comment also I will post the link to the video that explains the Flaktürme.
Allied bombers would have reduced most of it to rubble. Yes, the Russians had bombers too. And the western Allies could have hit it with bombers. Also, yes, heavy artillery would have been employed for days on this contraption before any infantry or armor attacks. And even then the Russians would probably just put a perimeter around it and go on.
Don't go looking for sense in this video. Actually, all you would have to do is go around it. You could also deploy the age old technique of tunneling. Either digging a tunnel inside or setting off bombs below it to destroy it.

They would have bombed it with mortars from behind a hill until only powder remained. It would have taken about 1 month and there wouldn't have been a single casualty. This is how they dealt with "impregnable" fortresses back in the days.

If they get the location, they proceed to bomb it with their artillery. And judging by the caliber of the artillery in that fortress compared to a mortar's, I'm pretty sure the Germans would be the ones to barrage an area first.

Oh yeah, ussr didn’t have a great enough Air Force to carry out objectives until 1945. They only had fighter aircraft like the yak and mig, they didn’t have as much bombers. They did not have great anti aircraft technology.
wow !! Such a realistic war game. I like very much this games because allows to try tactics without not doing it in a real war operation. It also allows to avoid losses improving the strategic and tactics studies of hostile enemies statistics. Thumb up !
Altought entertaining, it has several mistakes that cant realy be overlooked: all explosive projectiles have the same type of effect only the power is different (this meant that katyushas could level the fortress just because they shoot so many explosive rounds). Katyusha rockets cause damage mainly with fragmentation that effects infantry and soft targets but are mostly inefective against hardened buildings. There is a part where an IS2 shoots the Maus several times (on the side btw) without effect. I mean I know Maus was very well armoured but getting hit by 5 122 aphe rounds is a bit too much.
