It's a relief seeing how messy the kitchen is. Since one time, one of our customer barging to our kitchen and when he saw how messy our kitchen is, he claimed that our food are unhygienic. You can't really reason with people that don't even make their own meals at home.
its better to fry in oil using gas stove, air fryer is like microwave but no moist when reheat or cook, if it was oven it make to penetrate heat so food cook inside and outside like grilling but dont have to stir food many time. but frying in oil using gas stove cook food perfectly, while electric stove can cook food fast and slow but not balance while gas stove is balance, food flavour depend on cooking method
