Can’t believe there are people who actually say Taika ruined Thor. He literally made the best Thor movie and saved the character in my opinion.

Thor: Ragnarok is the very worst version of Planet Hulk that we could have, and Thor: Love and Thunder is just abomination of God of Thunder. Hole movie was a very, very bad parody... he should make a goat simulator now...
Ahaha dumbest take of the day. Garbage movie with Thor being a side show in his own movie, because toxic masculinity or something. And don't get me started on a black female Valkyrie King played by one of the shittiest actresses on the planet. What a complete shitshow.
Different people have different tastes. That's all. Taika puts a whimsical type of comedy in everything he does. That's not everyone's cup of tea.
This interviewer was great. She had a genuine vibe with the people she was interviewing, she asked thoughtful questions (among the obligatory questions that everybody has to ask), she kept the questions rolling when it was appropriate, and best of all, she let them speak, as opposed to talking over them, which so many other interviewers do as they are in love with the sound of their own voice. Well done!

I totally agree, she was amazing! We know we’re going to get great content from Taika, Chris, and Tessa, but the way she facilitated the interview made them shine even more than expected. Great job!!!

What Chris said about Taika's movies is so true. It's goofy. It's ridiculous. But then there's a scene that comes out of nowhere that just tugs on your heartstrings. Recent example is Jojo Rabbit. That movie was so good.

@@perriponders289 Ragnarok sucked as well actually, Taika can't write female characters apart from one-dimensional girlbosses like Valkyrie and Hela (which is something that Marvel suffers from in general when it comes to females). The fact that you think that Ragnarok redeemed the franchise clearly shows you have no standards, it's a movie that ruined pretty much all characters (especially Loki) and also previously established lore

So happy that Tessa said Valkyrie isn’t entirely reformed despite being king. The allure of her character was the messiness she embodied. Excited to see her growth but also see Valkyrie be who she is at her core! Also Chris and Tessa’s chemistry is always on display in interviews. Get us a romcom, Taika can write it 😂

I loved how Chris and Tessa looked at Taika from "what's he gonna say?" face to a big smile on their face, at 16:03 - 16:06. It's like they both can't hold it in, it makes me feel like there's a BIG (or maybe funny) cameo in this move.

One of THE greatest actors of the century
Me too, I’ve been a fan of Bale for a long time and to see him do so many different roles is absolutely wonderful. He is a unique and masterful actor in my opinion. If you haven’t yet you should check out Hostiles which is one of his underrated movies. His eyes are expressive in that movie and his performance was electrifying.
TT joke at 5:50 about working with Korg being a “little Rocky” was a genius Creed pun and cross promotionally brilliant. Well played Tessa.
This is one of the best celeb interviews I’ve ever seen. The interviewer is fantastic, she asks great questions and has good rapport with the actors. There’s none of the stilted feeling and formulaic questions seen too often in movie promo interviews and she lets the great chemistry between these three roll the interview along.
I'm excited for the movie but Chris has much much more chemistry with Tessa than he ever had with Natalie or Jane. Heck he has better chemistry with Korg.Would be interesting to see how it plays out.

Tessa was a fantastic surprise to me. I was only familiar with her from Westworld where her character was not humorous she is hilarious and adorable. Quickly became my favorite character!
Watch her in the two Creed films and Dear White People. She also has some good music out.

Cool to have the actual director involved so we can actually hear more about the movie than we normally would. He knows more than anyone, maybe even more than Kevin Feige himself what can be revealed without ruining the movie.

The 3 of them managed to do this 26-minute interview so smoothly with barely any signs of panic attacks. Liz Olsen, Tom Holland, and Mark Ruffalo should take notes 😂 Also, huge props to the interviewer she's really cool

I remember that charade in a press interview when Chris was trying to imitate Jack Sparrow and Tessa thought he was imitating Taika.
Taika is a perfect director for Marvel films. Marvel films are usually terrible with their jokes, they are misplaced and disrespectful for the emotions that they interrupt. Taika's films are full of emotions all naturally following each other, instead of awkwardly interrupting an important moment. Thor Ragnarok is "one of those" marvel films that are endlessly rewatchable, which are perhaps no more than 5: Ironman, Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ragnarok, and perhaps No Way Home (it relies too much on nostalgia for its own merit).

What a fantastic interviewer! Quite apart from the film itself, this interview was great fun to watch, as well as having lots of interesting details about film-making/creativity. Smart, informed, fluid and always on point. I'm sure the editing helped, but this is a great interviewer.

The thing they hinted about not assuming anything about the love part leads me to believe they'd explore Valkyrie's bisexuality.
Well the early reactions to the premier are saying that Jane and Valkyrie have great chemistry- vague as to whether that’s romantic or platonic. Either way I’m down for the dynamic
