As a bit of an awareness issue, psychopaths are people who can't feel empathy and sometimes "positive emotions" by doing positive things. They literally can't, and it's not something you acquire, it's an inborn trait, even though it only shows as you grow up. They can, however, understand the rules of a society they're living in, and comply - if only not to get arrested. Some people believe that affection shown by psychopaths (they do start families sometimes, you know) is even more genuine, since they actually choose to be nice rather than follow the feeling of "love" blindly, which many people can't control, and which may go away in time.

@@kyletanking all helicopter parenting does is teach children to be reliant on their parents and destroy their individuality. The best way to parent is give children a moral compass then when they're old enough give them enough rope to hang them selves but have just enough in your hands to reel them back in when they screw up. Let them be self-dependent to a degree and when they're at that age where they want to explore their personality and do weird stuff to find themselves let them. Trying to control them and keep them from exploring who they are will ultimately harm them.
All of these fall into 3 main categories 1. Stupid: No dating 'till marriage 2. Strict/weirdly controlling: 30 minutes of Internet person 3. Abusive: Sewer pipe parents
@@quietperson3886 Explain to me... How so? How are you supposed to get to know someone if you never go on a date with them? It must've been extremely hard for him to kill himself afterwards, but he did it for the greater good. I hope you're doing well in life now, and that your brother's death hasn't been affecting you too badly.
Some guy on the internet There’s days I wish I had done it first, as my brother received it just as badly as I did. But yes, the system is absolutely fucked. Narcissists don’t change, and letting them become parents is setting the children up for a miserable, miserable life. And they can do absolutely nothing about it. I’m not huge on organized religion, but one of the best ways I’ve heard narcissistic parents described was “Unfortunately, sometimes... the devil himself has children. And it is very unfortunate when these monsters have children themselves. Because these young people are now essentially owned by someone who does not and will never view them as a person.” By the time these children become adults, they’ve been so mentally, emotionally, and often times financially crippled that they may never truly be able to lead a peaceful life. It’s lifelong damage that these monsters inflict. Killing them doesn’t seem quite that immoral when it’s all put into perspective, especially when it’s the only way out. Not everyone deserves to live.
don't need to kill them, just need to show you have a spine and are willing to dish out what they do and the fear from that will cause the parents to think before they do that shit again

Yeah, sounds like some narcissists.. that early one with the Mom removing all the shirts from their child's drawers reminds me of my own Mom, if I took too long folding she would ruin the day by dumping out EVERYTHING from my dresser, closet and art bin. I would of course cry hysterically as she would rant and rave about me ruining the day.

What's sad is that it's entirely legal to steal from your child in most countries. Some people believe that affection shown by psychopaths (they do start families sometimes, you know) is even more genuine, since they actually choose to be nice rather than follow the feeling of "love" blindly, which many people can't control, and which may go away in time.

how does that happen though
like if the dad ever dated the mom (if thats the case) like wouldn't he hear her complaining about the deathly cramps she was having
Is this sarcasm?

I genuinely want to know the origin story for this reason. I seriously do, how can you possibly not believe in a biological function? That's like, denying that poop exists. It's just genuinely f****** weird.

Arranged marriage. Because THAT always works out perfectly.

It is also easily doable in all countries around the world

Several of these would constitute assault of a minor. Demanding money from your child is also an immediate alarm bell for your child to be removed from your custody lmfao. If the USA and Canada, you're legally required to provide a certain level of services for your child, demanding "room and board" is flat out illegal lmfao.

Wish her dad’s mom didn’t have a period that time and so he would have never been born. Neither her but at least she wouldn’t have gone through that
What's the most confusing is that he managed to have a child (let alone a daughter). Like surely you most likely have spent some amount of time with the mother and was close enough to figure out that girls do have periods?

Kage Tengu I guess I don't see this because I'm Asian. I honestly don't know, but it is mostly because my parents don't want me to end up somewhere that they don't want me to be. But I don't know. Liberals nowadays are so soft.

I agree with you these parents are driving their kids insane with stupid rules and overly strict and abusive acts... why am I writing so much... am I ranting i need to go to bed
I wonder why there are no stories about former kids revenge on parents. Would make an intersting video
Anthony Fox Happened to my family. I was talking with my brother and told him I was seriously considering killing our father.
A month and a half later he did it. After the latest bout of psychological torture and financial/emotional abuse... he walked into the house, went into my dad’s bedroom and shot him four times. Then turned it on himself, left a letter saying that he wanted to live but couldn’t imagine going to prison.
I miss my brother. But I hope my father felt every bit of that.
Abusive, narcissistic parents who ruin the lives of innocent children... deserve death. Nothing less. May they all rot in hell.
@@macdhomhnaill7721 I'm with you there. The system is fucking broken. It allows these shitheads to get away with abusing their child beyond reason, yet when the child tries to defend themselves or retaliate, the system antagonizes them and defends the abusive parent.
Your brother sacrificed himself to make your life better, and I think that's a very noble thing to do.
I hope most of these people never talked to their parents again.
Shocked how few of these end off with "...so I took [object *parent threatened to use as a weapon* ] and beat them to a damned pulp."
a couple decades in jail for murder isnt going to make these kids fucked up lives any better.
don't need to kill them, just need to show you have a spine and are willing to dish out what they do and the fear from that will cause the parents to think before they do that shit again
me: takes (object) and beats them back
**gets kicked out of house and hobo-ized**
my dad had to do that just to date my mom

A lot of these are ground for cases of child abuse and child neglect.

- Wouldn't let me associate with anything "scary" (Monster High included) because it was apparently satanic. The scariest thing I was for Halloween was a black cat. I was 5.
- I got my first cell phone for my 12th birthday. My parents have a stupid admin app they use to control my life (when I can/can't use my phone, which apps I can download, how much time I'm allowed on RUclips, etc). As if that's not restricting enough, I'm now 14 and not allowed to download T-rated apps. Only E and E10+.
Did you try resetting your phone back go factory settings?
@@XaiEia I can't do that because of the app... it'll ask me for the password. Not only do I not know the password, but my parents threw away the sheet of paper they wrote it on so they can't do anything about it either 🙄 FML

Sue Lily bitch didn’t even have a job I bet she was really lazy. Some parents just think they can wipe shit with their kids and still expect their kids to like them just because they’re their parents

What's sad is that it's entirely legal to steal from your child in most countries. If a 15 year old has a part time job and saves up to buy a console, for example, the parent is well within their rights to just take the console, sell it, break it, do whatever they want with it and they are under no obligation to repay the 15 year old.
