My concern is the amount of time taken up by dynamic warmups bc our rec league only gives us 1hr of weekly practice. Is it of value to still add this in?
Pacific Northwest with limited gym time. We have only outdoor court and rent a day or two a week. What can we do to develop skills inside our auditorium (fixed seating)? Feel like the Jamaican bobsled team. 😄
