It will work in the computer where it is done, but when it will be plugged in the affected computer this attribute will be automatically changed and again affected.

Finally I find a solution to archive everything using winrar

As u said that it already got affected so..First you have to formate the pendrive... Then scan it with any well known antivirus... Then copy your files to pendrive and follow my steps..hope everything is clear now.
