Absolutely stunning!
Something that I wish I had
Fantastic
Good to see the proper Trafalgar colours. The new curator has insulted the ship's memory with the gross and expensive mistake of 'his' idea. The carpenter's manifest says equal quantities of yellow and white. The red pigment picked up in the paint analysis is hardly surprising since she was painted red previously at the battle of Cape St Vincent. Do not be fooled. These are the correct Trafalgar colours. As agreed by Peter Goodwin, ex curator and author of all the books on Victory. Peter is appalled by the criminal atrocity we in Portsmouth now have to live with.
Extraordinary. Beautiful.
One small question. Tchaikovsky's 1812 music is about the Russian army's defeat of Napolian. How about 'Heart of Oak' which is music for the RN played by the Royal Marine Band
Красивая модель

I just watched the story about how they had the colors all wrong. You did an amazing job with the right paint tones👍
Да это мой и любимый линейных корабль Виктория и Авеньтура 1812. Это лучшая работа
is the "yellow",.the new science discovery pigment "yellow", if yes ,what.RGB color did you select?
It depends on who you read. There's a RUclips video on the research work by Crick Smith
They suggest a sort of khaki-ish hull ochre, and cream masts.
In reality there was a lot of leeway for interpretation of the Admiralty regs. Look at the video and decide what you like.

Very nice. I just received this model today! I'm collecting upgrade parts for it.
Absolutely beautiful! Love the trafalgar colours
Nice! Paint job .only thing wrong is the hull below the water line should be copper (as it was covered in copper) to stop marine life growing on it .
The model is sheathed with real copper below the water line. Look closely.
YEP i can see it just on my other monitor the colours a little indistinct . Sorry!
Beautiful model! I do wish that ship model makers would use more muted background music as this is most distracting.
1812 Overture to celebrate Trafalgar (1805). Interesting !
beautiful ,, top draw :))
Where can one source the new Trafalgar yellow paint?
Beautiful!
Can anyone explain how to get static cloth sails to do that?
I'm not sure, but this is my guess. Put the ready sails into wallpaper glue, get them out and fix them on a frame wich has the sizes of the cross rods of the masts. It should be positioned horizontally so gravity will pull down the sails like wind. When the glue dries, the sails will be stiff, but they won't look like as if they were soaked in glue. After this, put them on the ship.
Where can i find a 1:70 Victory kit to build. I want it 1:70 to match my ocCre 1:70 Montane's. Having trouble finding it
I know Mantua do a 1:78 kit that is close and would only be a few mm smaller than a 1:70 but you could adapt it a bit Mantus kit 738 or 720 hope this helps.
what is the cheapest age of sail ship you have? some of the more popular ships are thousands of dollars!
could you suggest a ship in the 700-1000 range, if there is any at all?
Fantastic
What about copper plating below waterline?
The hull ís sheathed in real copper that has been aged to give it an antique finish.
It looks really nice and i might be nitpicking but to my knowing the hull below the waterline of HMS Victory was copper sheathed to protect it against shipworm?
The hull of the model is copper sheathed with real copper.
The musical accompaniment is for the wrong country, using the 1812 overture is in poor taste for a British 'ship of the line' . . . poor taste and failed history!
