Or Alan was high on meds since he got royally messed up that episode.
well that wouldn’t be that funny so i doubt the writers will do that
I think Alan doesn’t remember because he didn’t suck Charlie’s nose. He just gently put it in his mouth. Which is still weird but something tells me you have to be literal with Alan.
Very brave of Charlie to come forth about it. I hope Alan changes and grows as a person.
This probably ruined so many fanfictions
Good. More creators need to do that.
or created
Thank god. Who watches a show like this and thinks about shipping? You gotta be a lonely romance obsessed freak to do that. Its pathetic
@@patrickbateman312ok, mr patrick bateman rp account
@@azzypoo obviously not an rp account.
I love the three frames of Charlie pushing Alan back after he does it. The rest of his body doesnt even change in that frame lol
0:56 alan not being sure whether to say sure or not interrupt is too real.
Idk why but the way charlie brings up the nose thing randomly almost sounds like gaslighting 😂😂😂
People that handle awkward work situations like Charlie are absolutely insufferable
The thing is that I'm fairly certain that Alan is written to be on the spectrum so when Charlie laughed and joked with him about the "nom" it's likely the reason Alan saw it as no big deal. You gotta be direct with us autismos
Charlie sends mixed signals
Exactly
@@alexarviso6836 memory can do strange things. Alan probably had the nose incident blocked out because he's trying to forget about the TV creature, and Charlie's memory of the nose thing (which was done in reciprocation to physical contact he initiated) is probably being remembered in a harsher light for the same reason.
@@orion3253charlie's probably really sensitive about it and decides to bring it up now because james ripped his nose off his face a few episodes before this one.
I thought he made it up too, oooooh that's hilarious
I like that Glep is trying to figure out how the boss’s room works. He keeps walking in and out of the void trying to understand the geometry of this impossible space.
This REALLY recontextualizes Charlie's laughter and pushing Allan away.
He is a crazy character
0:24 I'm pretty sure Alan did not suck on his nose. I thought of it as a nibble, not sucking
that's what i find funniest
@@t.g.5644 I agree with you

That’s probably why he didn’t remember it as ‘sucking his nose’
I love that on top of this convo Glep is trying to figure out how the layout of the boss’s office
A classic ASD social misunderstanding.
Charlie is also probably remembering the event in a totally different context now too since directly after that was the incident with the TV creature thing.
that whole nom thing did kinda bother me. i mean alan didnt even chew his cheese.
I love how Allan went "It sounded like it really bothered you?" Like he's asking "Do... do you not like me that way?"
I love how he says recent even though in smiling friends it would've been two Halloween ago
LMAO they're in a uncomfortable situation while Glep doesn't give two fvcks and keeps wandering around the void room 😂
900 year olds just don't give a damn 😂😂
Funniest part to me is that Charlie says this was "pretty recently", when it's implied that two years must've passed already during the run of the show, as they've had two Halloweens already. (Unless this takes place sometime in the past before the current time, bur after the Desmond episode).
The way they actually animated and showed Alan just trying to speak towards the end but not wanting to interrupt Charlie
God, this show
Glep is cute exploring the Boss void-room
So uncomfortable lmao I love this show
I love how everyone took this as an "uwu gay yaoi ship!!!!" moment and now it's the exact opposite lmao
The best part is that he immediately pushes him back right after the nom
Alan’s genuine shock at his own behavior Fr making me cry I can’t stand this show
It's really funny that after the nom, Charlie like immediately pushes Allan away while still trying to play it off. He even flinches slightly when Allan imitates the nom. The staff definitely planned for this to happen if the show got greenlit and it is amazing to see it's attention to detail both in writing and visuals.
The "WhaAat?" At 0:25 is so realistic. He sounds so genuinely caught off guard by that accusation.
I love that when allan does his second “nom” Charlie leans back like he’s expecting a second nibble but he’s too shocked to even call it out
I love Glep in the background just running around, he's so cute lol
I love how you can see in the original clip he pushes him back and even flinches a bit after Alan goes for the seconnd nom.
Bruhhhh
They talk about the nose thing, but not how pim was super depressed or the alien bursting out of the tv?

You can see how Alan goes for a second one but Charlie moves back
ive been hyperanalyzing this video and EVERY TIME, that little creature at the end just jumpscares me.
Charlie went with it but he was so fucking traumatized by it
I'm glad they acknowledged the nom because it's been bothering me this whole time
dude charlie was 100% okay with it he is LYING
I didnt realize this, but Charlie did a silly playful finger circle around Alan's hand, but the moment Alan does the nom on his nose he instantly pushes him back. Then when he does it in the air again he flinches back again with his arms slightly up.
He actually really didn't like that in the moment either lmfao
"you got it" lmao
If we see the first scene we realize that Charlie was never comfortable with that.
Glep running around in the background is such a funny addition
Awww look at Glep in the background he so adorable bro 😭❤️
Didn’t notice he dodged the 2nd nom
Dude Charlie literally breaks off the hug from Alan immediately, pushes him away after the nom, and then backs away when he goes to do it a second time.
lol notice how when he goes in for a second nom charlie backs away, it really did bother him
“It was the day with all the Desmond bliblie stuff”
I like to think this means Desmond shot the bliblie and within a day completely turned his life around and made the TV commercial
It would have been funnier if charlie was ok with the nose sucking but just wanted alan to ask permission first
I would've loved that!
Charlie was absolutely asking for it
interaction happens that one person doesnt feel comfortable w --> confrontation where uncomfortable party completely misrepresents/misdescribes the mishap --> perpetrating party doesn't recall the inaccurate description of event --> no resolution, both parties are confused and upset.
mans shoulda been more clear and other mans shouldve asked more questions to remember the event
Charlie was asking for it
