    • @LGUSASupport
      @LGUSASupport  Год назад +1

      Hi, Jr. Some modern washing machines, including the LG WM6700HBA, offer water level adjustment options or sensors that optimize water usage based on the load size. Make sure to use the appropriate water level setting for smaller loads to achieve better results.
      Many washing machines, including the LG WM6700HBA, come with specialized wash programs for different types of loads. Check the user manual or control panel for options such as "Small Load," "Quick Wash," or similar settings that are suitable for smaller loads.
      If you find that your LG WM6700HBA washer is not performing optimally with smaller loads, or you are experiencing specific issues, kindly send us a private message through @LGUSSupport on Facebook or Twitter. We'd be glad to have this investigated. ^Danee

      Hi there. To use the spin-only cycle on your LG washer without adding water, you may try to turn on the washer and select the Rinse+Spin option. Next, press the Extra Rinse button six times until the display shows the spin icon. Finally, press Start/Pause to begin the cycle. This will allow you to spin your clothes without adding any additional water. Please note that this process may vary by model, so it's best to consult the manual for your specific unit for detailed instructions. How do you increase the water while washing?

    • @LGUSASupport
      @LGUSASupport  7 дней назад

      Hi there, Jscar. Thank you for reaching out with your question about the LG washer (Model # WM6700HBA). We understand that adjusting the water level is important for your washing needs.
      The WM6700HBA model is designed with an automatic water level system that adjusts the amount of water based on the load size and type. However, if you feel that the water level needs to be higher, you can follow these tips:
      Select the Appropriate Cycle: Choose a cycle that is designed for larger or heavily soiled loads, as these cycles may use more water.
      Use the “Water Plus” Feature: Some LG washers have a “Water Plus” option that allows you to add extra water to the wash. Check your control panel for this option and select it if available.
      Check the Load Size: Make sure you’re not overloading the washer, as this can affect water distribution. Try adjusting the load size to see if it improves the water level.

With regard to our Delay feature, the 7-hour delay time is only for the unit to start within 7 hours from when you input the delay. When you use the ThinQ to wash, it will lock as soon as you start the cycle, unless you input the delay from the unit itself. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, feel free to let us know at any time. ^Anthony

      Hey Janine! Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this. Let's walk through the following:
      1. Check Power: Make sure your washer is powered on and connected to a functioning power outlet.
      2. Button Sensitivity: If the screen options aren't displaying, try holding down the start button for 2 seconds instead of just tapping it. Look for any text underneath the start button that indicates "hold to start."
      3. Cycle Modification: Some options may not be available if the cycle has already started. To make changes to the cycle, press the pause button first.
      4. Cycle Options: Not every option is available for every cycle. Refer to your owner's manual to see which options can be added to specific cycles.
      5. Reset the Washer: Disconnect the washer from the power outlet, or trip the circuit breaker that supplies power to it. While the washer is disconnected, press and hold the start button for 5 seconds. Afterward, reconnect power to the washer and turn it back on to check if the screen options have reappeared.
      If you still have questions after this, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We would be more than happy to assist you further! ~ Jupe

      Just discovered this and wanted to share for anyone who might be having trouble with their LG washing machine settings. If you press the ‘Options’ button, located next to the knob on the screen panel, and then select ‘Cycle List Options,’ you’ll be presented with a variety of pre-set options. You have the ability to customize these settings by either adding or removing options with a simple button press, allowing you to adjust it according to your preferences. For instance, I chose to remove the ‘Towel Setting’ and incorporate ‘Rinse Only’ into my options.
