Gojo coming back would simpily be bad writing. Well Yuta coming back with Gojo's body might actually be able to do something unlike Gojo coming back through a binding vow. Gojo was already weaker than sukuna, the loss of an eye would only make it worse.
I don't believe we have a full understanding on Kenjaku's ability yet either, since we've only seen it used by him. For all we know Yuta has his cursed energy, and other stuff on top of the six eyes and infinity possibly making him considerably stronger than gojo.
