- ET spoke with Tom Felton, where he addressed those rumors that he once romanced 'Harry Potter' co-star Emma Watson! He also talks about keeping in touch with the rest of the cast, whether a series might be in the works, how protective he is of his character Draco Malfoy, and whether he'd step back into the role. Felton spoke with ET to celebrate Warner Bros. opening it's first-ever Harry Potter flagship store in New York on June 3rd.

There's no one to blame but Tom, since he has no other big gigs, he started using Emma for publicity in SocMed. Posting throwback photos of just him and Emma. Giving cryptic messages/statements that create speculations about their non-existent relationship. Tolerating, if not encouraging, his fans who wish (in his IG) Emma and his bf break up, and so on and so fort.

And it was Emma who had first talked about her crush publicly, and Tom has been asked this particular question in almost every interview! And every time he has said they're just friends. It's not him who's playing the publicity thing, its the fans who're excited.

His character was meant to be on the show for only one season because that was the contract Tom signed. He could possibly come back in the future as a guest appearance of course because he has showed some interest in returning.

Man, I mean, how can almost every Briton be so eloquent and so expressive with your language? I mean, almost every young actor on this series but also every British person too, everyone seems to be admirably able to juggle vocabulary, idioms, nuances, humour all in such an unforced and fluid manner.

I agree with this, so glad someone else has noticed! British people do generally have a better grasp of the English language than others and are generally far more eloquant and able to express themselves precisely. Tom Hiddleston is an OUTSTANDING example. I guess... It is their language. I also have a personal theory that British actors who have a background of... such a rich language - Shakespeare etc are better actors than Americans but that's just my own personal view. I think anyone who has a good command of English, or whatever your native language is really, has a huge advantage. I also know a group of American comedians who use English very well (surprisingly) and they make topnotch comedy.

I really appreciate how kind and humble Tom seems. He’s so kind about something that pretty much consumed his childhood and I feel like some actors get so tired of people bringing up the past but I just love how he still cares about it and instead of pushing it away, he embraces it. I like how kindly open he is to answer the typical questions and even handle the more personal questions with kindness and grace. Just a great guy, the type of person I feel like you could sit and have a wonderful lovely conversation with about life and it’s magic!

I hope when Tom gets in a relationship people will leave it be. Emma is in a relationship and people just don't care and make these actors uncomfortable. Whether they are celebrities or not, this is seriously irritating. But I hope when Tom gets a new girlfriend (which I hope he does) people will be happy for him.
