Hi! No, we are buying things in boxes, but we are skipping things like crackers, cookies, snacks, and chips, and really trying hard to not buy processed foods, even if Organic. We are also skipping food with the added sugars. Snacks especially organic snacks really drive up a grocery bill and it's always healthier to choose whole foods, so that's what we decided to do. Hello from New Jersey. I enjoyed the video. I do 99% of my shopping at Costco, and 1% at Aldi. Costco is 1/2 hour from home, Aldi 2 minutes. I like the Unreal Bars at Costco and the Honey Crisp apples. My guess is none of you play piano with your long fingernails. 🙂

Hi Pamela, this is NOT criticism it's a genuine question. Your simmer pot, do you wash the oranges first? I would wonder about pesticides coming out in the steam and then breathing it in. Thank you and God bless.

Yes, I always wash the oranges before using them in the simmer pot to ensure that any potential pesticides are removed (well the best we can remove them). The only thing is you guys look at the ingredients not the about of salt or sugar that's in it. I saw a few of ur videos and u was reading the ingredients and I looked at the salt and sugar counts and saw some of the salt counts being 250 or higher I was like nope. That's adding so much salt or sugar into ur body and that's not really natural at all.. I tried doing it like u do in ur videos getting the stuff u guys get and went to the doctor and found out my sugar and salt counts were through the roof and I was like no more buying what they do... Definitely should have ur levels checked too much of salt is bad for you and ur kids..
Stop letting the little get away with bad behavior at the store. The youngest kept sticking a toy in her sisters face during filming and they just laugh at it. and then they let her buy every toy she touches.
