For the mussels, make a paste with buttet, fresh garlic and any herbs you want. Place them in a large pot, use 1 cup white wine, add dollops of the butter best to use half to full stick of butter if you won't use it all place butter in container and freeze. We cook pasta or rice and spoonthe mussels over it with sauce , squeeze a little fresh lemon juice to brighten it. Our family loves this.

I just made some today but I’m not doing the chocolate I’m not a big eater of chocolate I brought pink dragon fruit inside and I brought. New Zealand. Apricots they are as big as a golf ball if not. Bigger they grow the best summer fruits in the world

Did you get the root vegetables soup mix at Aldi?
I LOVE my Swedish dish cloths. I got them as a random gift years ago from my hubby - they are really nice to just wet a little and wipe up anything and you can wash them in the washer as well. I just like the size. They are not as big as a washcloth and are really durable. I am kind of old school in that I like hand washing like my glasses - and these are perfect for it.

I make butternut soup all the time in Australia I add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and topped with sour cream yummm the best

My dad used to make a risotto with clams, as well as a stir-fry with clams and noodles/pasta. He de-shelled the clams for the risotto, but kept them in the shells with the noodles. I want to say it was probably Shanghai style noodles, but it's been so long that I don't remember, sorry. Both dishes were pretty tasty, though.
The applesauce looks so good, I will have to try it, a great way to get more veggies in.
