What actually happens is he walked on an ice spike, which aren't solid at the end so you fall through them, but instead of making another ice patch the game still thinks your standing on one so you fall into the sea. Trust me, i'm an ice user in game.
Hwo uncle kizaru sliped in the ice cause the scripting failed and the ice walk in water is to close to the ice he stepped before the ice he sliped in to and thats how the scripting failed
If you want to slip off in water and drown with ice, hold a key indicator on a chargeable move and it will continue to drain your energy to zero as you can not recharge stamina while using a attack and because ice using up energy it makes you fall after you have no energy
If you walking with ice on water it takes up stamina I dont know if you reset stats cuz if you reset stat then you would even take longer than that for your stamina to run out
With ice, you can run out of energy which causes you to stop your ice walk. Also, it’s probably hard to make it so you walk on water, and it’s been buggy for quite some time.

O BTW there is a really easy way to drown yourself with it you can reset start and then go in the water and jump and then hold you’re move and then it’s going to be ice very quick

The reason why you slipped of the ice was because (probbaly) you had no more stamina or the ice was like glitched (these happen to me)
