Maldevian here, you got a few things wrong:
1: the map of male is wrong the bridge was not built until dacades after the coup. And the artifical island near hulule wasnt there when the coup happened.
2: male did not have an air port.
3: ibrahim nasir's involment was never proven.
4: the militants had already begun their retreat when the indian forces arrived becouse maldivn security forces fought back and they were unable to capture the president. Indians help maldiveans mop up the remaining miltants and capture lutufi.
5: most of the pictures of lutufi are wrong, the picture at 17:45 is the correct picture of lutufi.
6: 19 maldiveans lost their lives not millitants.
Oh my god. This is history re written so badly. so many things are wrong. so many mistakes... pls do a proper research before publishing. people who plotted, people who fought, people who coordinated between both governments, soldiers who came for the rescue mission, and people who witnessed the fighting are still alive.
no airport, no TV or radio station was captured. thats the reason why the indian airforce was able to land at international airport without having to para drop the troops. neither the terrorists arrived as tourists. they came in 2 large ships. the only one who came as a tourist was for reconnaissance before months from actual attack.
and so on many.... these are well documented in both countries. pls refer to official sources..
