I tried it today, and I figured it out. It works after you issue an order for one set. So for example, if I wanted one line of sandbags, I hold down shift, order the engies to make that line, and while they're doing that, Another interface appears where I can make another line. But, thanks for the tip man! Everytime I play skirmish with a cpu or my friend, they don't know what to do with it. On top of this, making sandbags like that are better than observation posts in my opinion.

Maybe I will sometime. The Panzer Elite is one of the most difficult faction to play, but also one of the most powerfull. So putting together a tutorial on how to combat them wouldn't be unrealistic :)

Your tips are very useful but I had some commmentairy about the part where you build defences around your point, I don't wish to tell you I know it better (not at all!) but I want to see if you might think my idea would be better: Instead of building first barbed wires, then sandbags and then put MG's near it it would it be any better to place tank traps around it, then barbed wire and then place a few MG nests around it / covering the flanks?
@StenfieldxCx I usually play american when I play, but I try to go german and british as well. I use the material I can get and as I have little time on my hands it will mostly be american gameplays. But most of the tips & tricks can be performed by the other teams as well so it's not ONLY for the american players out there. It's quite all-round

You're welcome :) I would recommend that you start off with the Americans and the Werhmacht, since I find them eiser to understand than the British and Panzer Elite. The British are the hardest in my opinion, I haven't fully understood them yet.
On the battle of the bulge mod I like to put a MG behind double walled sandbagsand a medic station right behind it. This works really well because if the mg squad starts taking hits they will automatically get a heal bonus. if you have 2 mg squads set up at the same location it makes for one brutal little strong point especially if you're backed up with mortars. With the us armour I like to use 2 mortar squads and 2 mortar trucks all joined as the same unit. It creates a devastating blow to mobs of enemy infantry and it uses no ammo spend
A good idea to make a strong hold, .I shall use your suggestion.... The thing that annoys me the most is when the enemy cuts a supply line, your idea can be helpful to create a strong hold, gather supplies and rush into the enemy
@StenfieldxCx No, instead you may choose from the 3 of them while playing a game. It's, in my opinion, much better because you can then think of what strategy you want to go for and wich one suits your current situation the best. I liked CoHO for the rpg theme, but CoH is just a little better. Plus there's 2 more armies, panzer elite and the british.
@AVIV222 And you should. I did this to show the hit points of the wire and sand bags. If you build sandbags for cover, you should get some wire up on the other side of it so the opponent can't use it against you.
@Khalkara Oh, no offense taken at all, just glad to get some ideas from others :D First of, I rarely bould wires/sandbags/tank traps around points at all, only if the opponent is constantly threatening a specific point in a game, then I might put up some wires, cuz they're fast to build. Secondly, MG nests/bunkers are quite expencive and take some time to build, and during construction they are very fragile to enemy fire. I only put them to cover chokepoints or, like you said, flanks. Thnx!

Yeah, I'm very aware of that problem. I think about re-doing the whole video with better quality. I'm having problems with people trying to fish likes by being unnecessarily mean to someone. If he/she refferes to the volume levels he/she should've been more clear about that.
@jarkle yes it's a technical issue. I actually speak quite loud but somehow my microphone wont recieve all the sound. I've bought a new headset but the problem is still there. I've tried turning up the volume on the voice in the editing program and also turned the game sound down. I'm out of ideas :/
Sandbags/wire with tank traps work surprisingly well, actually. Tanks wont get close to drive down the sandbags/wire due to the traps. Only thing to do is to either waste time trying to blow the shit up, or get your engineers up front to cut it. It's a really trolling thing to do :D If you've got engineers doing nothing, why not fortify a point like this? =) Won't work against Kettenkrad cuz their cap range is huuuuge. I've capped points behind hedges with them.

I hold down shift the entire time, untill I'm done (that's more easy) but you only need to hold down shift between orders. If your engies are building your barracks and you want them to go cap a point when they're done, you can just select them and hold shift and click the point. I don't know why it doesn't work with you, sry. Perhaps need a new keyboard? =)
The strategy is good, however the enemy can flank or attack from the front, with a squad capable of destroying these defenses. While you waste time building this, the enemy has captured the most points.
Do you refer to building sandbags around flags? You can do that with your engineers when you're not using them in the late game. I don't waste time to do this. If I got 5 seconds to spare, I quickly get it done.
My voice really sound like that. Maybe it's because english isn't my native language and in this video I'm struggling a bit with pronounciations and such.
If you're playing against real people, then you might wanna take a look at what you spend your resources on. Try and keep vehicles alive, and reinforce infantry rather then letting them die and create a new squad. It's cheaper to reinforce. Try and get the high resource points first and defend them and secure the flanks. I don't think there's anything to do if you play against CPU.
You can find all my Tips & Tricks in my channel, but there's some good channels that do commentaries on CoH, and some of them are very educating. KrebsCOHO and TheFrontlineNetwork are my recommendations. There's also this site, companyofheroes.wikia.com wich gives great information on how to use all units properly. There's also in depth information, such as veterancy. I get a lot of usefull stuff from there. Another recommendation is to download others replays and watch them. Hope it helps :)

As good as your video and tips are, it's quite hard to listen to because you speak so quietly. I can hear you, but it's a little irritating hearing some of the words you say only just having any more than breath behind it.

Heavily fortified positions are beautiful. But what makes them bittersweet is knowing that it can all be destroyed with a good artillery barrage.

You can have CPU as team mate. You can get 4v4 as maximum. If you're gonna buy it, then buy Tales of Valor :)

You should download a Cheatmod. You can do crazy thing with it, like unlimited resources, no pop cap, take control over the enemy, and so on :)
