- This video shows the game play from start to finish in the "Pro" skill level setting. The game was beat in one sitting with no player deaths. It took just under 28 minutes to win the Tournament of Voltagen.
Fun and challenging game, although it gets somewhat repetitive.
The hardest opponent to beat is the Tech Team, because they can "recharge" their life on the fly. Easiest way to beat them is use punches and kicks and don't let them have a chance to recharge. Knock them down in groups. Go after the ones that are recharging (green beams shooing out of their eyes). Eventually you will kill them all this way, and win the match.
About The Game:
Electricman 2 HS is a single-player martial arts fighting game in the stickman genre. The object of the game is to defeat all the enemies in each match and win the Tournament of Voltagen.
The game consists of 19 matches in total, all of which you must win in order to beat the game and win the tournament.
The breakdown of the matches are as follows:
ROUND 1: Replicants, The Frozen, Cirrian Guard, The Toxic10
ROUND 2: Dozermen, Pyromaniacs, Replicants, The Plague
ROUND 3: Cirrian Guard, The Toxic10, The Blind, The Frozen

The game's music was honestly the best part. This was seriously one of the most classiest flash games out there.

The thing I loved most about electricman 2 is enemies would seem to catch onto your strats. It seemed to take a different amount of time for each enemy but if you spammed the slow mo throw for instance enemies would start ducking whenever they spotted a low-flying comrade.

I remember playing this game in class when I was bored in elementary and middle school, and would even play it at home when i was super bored and/or nostalgic. Memories hit harder than my dad man. Crazy to think this game was made in 2009

Cassidy Stratton I had the exact same idea. I made move sets with the battery and slow motion moves as gimmicks and everything.

Just imagine: you’re on a team in a Fighting tournament and you find out your whole team is gonna fight a single opponent. You go into the arena just to find he’s glowing like a hamon user and can just entirely decimate your existence by launching you into space by doing a front flip over you.

The only groups I hated the most were the blinds and the tech team
The blinds would dodge the attacks I tried to make on them
And the tech team were simply able regenerate their health back
Seeing the Tech Team's heal lasers infuriated me 😂

The blind have Matrix music playing in the background, that’s why they dodge so well.
Was an interesting touch that the leader of Wave 666 also had a healing visor when none of the others did

Whenever I hear that menu music, the nostalgia sends a wave of serotonin my way. I have so many memories of going on Electric Man 2 during Computer Lab in 5th grade... good times. I always use to LOVE the Replicants for some reason.
I loved the Cirrian Guard, Toxic10, Pyromaniacs, The Plague, The Blind and Death
My favourite were the Dozermen, Pyromaniacs, and Plague.
Pyromaniacs, Dozerman, and the Replicants are my favorites. Overall I like all of them, except the blinds but that's because of there theme.
I appreciate the fact that the strongest enemy has something different in his skin

Another person here that played this during their childhood.
Here's my ranking of all the stages, from least to most liked:
The Frozen: the game doesn't do much with the ice theme so that sucks. The ost is okay and goes well with the ice. The biggest con, in my opinion, is the design.
Cirrian Guard: I like the idea of this team being the royal guard in some exotic futuristic planet. The tournament is very inclusive. The ost slaps for the first five seconds. The loop is too short. The design is cool enough. The Replicants are better
The Toxic10: really? The Toxic10? There's not even ten of you! Anyways... I really like the design. The ost, while not one of my favorites, is good enough.
The Plague: whoever named this group probably was denied a raise. Okay, so it seems these guys were bioengineered. If I could summarize the stage in one word it would be "spiky". The design is exactly that, and the ost fits well with the design, making the ost also spiky. I guess I just suck at verbally conveying ideas.
Replicants: the second most recognizable team (the first one being Electric Man himself). The ost slaps. The design is bad ass, period. Way too easy to defeat, tho. Like, how did these buffoons get into the tournament?
Pyromaniacs: for some reason, on second play through, these guys went from okay to great. The design is awesome. The song is very energetic. The background is very mystical, giving an aura of mystery for the Pyro maniacs. Although, I feel like the name doesn't suit them that well. With a name like that, you don't think of a firebender. You think of a maniac that should be locked up prison.
Death: honestly, after fighting the Tech men, Death just feel underwhelming. Same Commentary as the Replicants, how did these guys become the champions? Well anyways, the design sucks. It's just heavy metal skulls. The background is great, and so is the song, which I'm pretty sure is the second greatest aspect. The reason I like this fight is not because of Death's minions, but because of detah itself. It just feels good to have this duel on a field full of corpses. The best aspect is the dance in the end. He deserves it.
The Blind: I'm sure this is a controversial take, but Electric Man 2 doesn't have a big toxic Fandom so why should I care. I'm sure most people playing always spammed the jump-kick to defeat the enemies, since it's OP. Well, here come the blind, evading all of your kicks and forcing you to step out of your confort zone. A great change of pace. Gameplay aside, the design, the soundtrack and the background are great.
Tech men: I can't believe I put these assholes this high in the list, but here we are. Tech men is the hardest team you'll encounter, even harder than the final boss not because of their health regeneration ability, but because they are a better version of the blind, evading even more attacks that those guys. Their design is good, although I prefer the Blind's design. The ost is really good, but the background is just a little underwhelming. All the points here go to the gameplay (kind of the same happens with the blind).
The Dozermen: I can't believe these Chads come from a dumpster. I hope life goes well for them, because the soundtrack they chose for our fight SLAPS. Definetly one of my favorites in the game. The design gives off the feeling that your punches are nothing but an annoyance to their armor. The feeling suits their fight really well, as these guys have more HP than you. They also really set the tone for the second round. Overall, I am a Stan for these guys.

Funnily enough, when I replayed the game recently, I had more trouble against the Blind than the Tech Team. It might be because the Blind are more aggressive, and don't rely on healing since they don't have that. Anyway, great list, and some of my favorites, are the Replicants, the Dozermen and the Plague.

The creator of the game said an in interview once that there actually never was an electric man 1. In 2020, the man who made the game said that he made a game on the PSX, but never finished it. He used the concept to make Electric Man 2, and that it would be funny to name it Electric Man 2 despite there not being an Electric Man 1.

The Dozermen were *THICC.*
However, Tech Meme’s healing meant that if you didn’t focus one of them down they would keep healing. In the case of the death fight, the boss healing makes sense because he’s the best for last, and having the final boss die before you wipe out his minions would be boring.
I remember the Dozermen being a long fight, but god the Tech Team was eternal.
