What should I do if the picture on the circle is not covered?
Your picture should come on top of the circle but if in case that doesn't happen, you can save the story before adding picture and then reupload it and add picture now.

After selecting"Draw" please note that I have selected 3rd brush option on the top. I hope this helps

Try saving the story and reupload the saved story. Then add photo. Let me know if it works

can't make it slower, you can try to slow the video to 0.5x and see if that helps.
