Love all your videos & your sense of humor. I wonder if there's something else one could use instead of playdough, something that wouldn't need to be washed out afterwards. Even better would be a material that would retain its integrity after contact with the hot glue. (First thought: hot glue! Uh, no . . . ). I wonder if someone who already had a metal seal (stamp) could press it into the hot glue and have it come away clean? I guess you'd need to leave it in the glue until the glue had hardened, in which case the seal would be stuck. But what if one coated the seal in petroleum jelly? Are there substances which prevent hot glue from adhering to surfaces? Wax? Silicone of course . . . .
I found an answer to my question about metal seals in another crafter's video: Apparently if the metal seal is ice cold when it touches the wax, it won't become permanently embedded in the glue.
Thank you! ☺️ I found this video where someone uses polymer clay to make their stamps: ruclips.net/video/ndHour6SqBQ/видео.htmlsi=EIMPcKI0jzCjnUte That tip about using ice cold metal is great to know! I think in general, metal stamps work well because there is wax mixed into the hot glue. I have seen people brush wax onto things so that hot glue doesn't stick to them. www.instructables.com/The-Secret-to-a-Perfect-Hot-Glue-Mold/
Excelente! (Puedes hacer sellos con corcho de botella y le pegas un boton metalico o algo pequeño que quepa en el cocho ,con ello timbras encima de la gota de de silicona.
I have just discovered your channel and i am hooked!! Thank you so much for all your videos! I am trying to crochet but am now going through all your videos 😂😂😂😂
I love the detail in the Hogwarts letter
Thank you! 😊
does this work with foam clay😅
Unfortunately no idea, but it could work! It's worth a try.
Such great ideas. I feel there needs to be a video about the 100 alternative uses for nail polish 😊❤
Haha thank you for the video idea 😂
And one on alternative uses for old eye shadow.
Sorry crayons 🖍️ 😂🤣❤️
😂❤️
This is so great! I am excited to use this in my next project! Thank you so much for sharing, I love your videos.
Awesome! Thanks for watching my videos :)
Can we use only crayons?(I don’t have any hot glue sticks anymore)
I think you can - but it will probably be more liquid and thin, so it might not look as good

Haven’t tried it yet but maybe if you let the play dough dry first, you wouldn’t have to clean it off?
Excelente!

So you only get one use out of the dough stamp
Yes, exactly

Haha, I'm so glad you enjoy them! Welcome to the channel 🥰
You are a genius.
Thank you! 🙃🙂
If you leave the playdough dry out will it be hard enough that it wont stick to the seal and you wont have to wash it off with water?
To be honest, I'm not sure. But it's possible and worth a try!
Can u pls do a Harry Potter golden snitch DIY? I just subscribed!
