It's true. McLaren did it way before even the speedtail came out. The first roadcar McLaren made, with the driver seat in the middle, was the McLaren F1.

5:55 User disappointed me honestly. I thought User is a car guy and he knows a lot about cars. Now that I think about it throughout the times he checked out new cars added in Jailbreak, he only thinks general things about it. He says the name of the car based off of what Jailbreak set it to be, and not what the real name of the car is (for copyright reasons?), and he thinks about the speed which matters (I mean I guess that's the point in Jailbreak where you have to go fast to escape the cops), he never really thought about other performances on the cars or base models and chassis, or even its history. The Speedtail itself is actually a spiritual successor to the McLaren F1, which actually have the driver seat in the middle with 2 other passenger seats at the side. I like User a lot, I don't mean to hate but it's just sad to see him not understanding a lot about cars though he talks about it almost everyday that he posts THROUGH Jailbreak.
He's not at all a car guy, if he was a car guy he wouldn't have rockets on the back of his cars for simply no reason but bad looking aesthetic.

Just if anyone is thinking of buying the airtail for regular use I would not recommend it, it has the same speed as the new Lamborghini so it is better to buy a lambo because it’s cheaper or you could buy the Tesla roadster which costs the same as airtail and faster but just to be sure I am going to wait for users speed test
