Yes exactly not only me but i have talked to few of my friends who have applied in accenture all male candidates and have applied more than one time there were around 4-5 candidates got rejected and i have also talked to one of my female friend she got in on the first attempt itself. Don't know why is this happening and if they want female candidates they should mentioned it why to open such hiring process.
