    Just a word of caution. Composite decking gets extremely hot to the touch when in the sun! Sitting on this midday could burn your legs. Great looking table guys, I just want to share just how hot the stuff really gets

      A Glimpse Inside I was thinking the same thing, we made a pic nick table but we used a long folding table like the ones you see in halls we just unscrew the top and put RED WOOD slates and painted it the barn red it's easy to fold away if you want to store it for the winter or take it to a park that doesn't have table's much lighter than the particle wood and you know how heavy that is.

      A Glimpse Inside he should add a bottom to the cup holders tho so if the kids go to put a soda in it it doesnt fall right through and also that ring only works for certain cups cups that go strait up and dont get larger on the sides wont work

      if every park had them, the trays would be snapped off, the lids would disappear and no one would take their own ice anyway, Plus as someone else said the plastic gets scorching in the sun, making raise for compensation claims for burned arms, so they wouldn't risk it, or having loose screws sticking out the sides. maybe I'm just thinking about over here in the UK, everything is soo over governed by rules and regs :-)

    You should start putting everything thing you use in the bio. Like a list of things to get to build it. Like

    4, 8"2×4
    Etc

    These last two videos have been so practical. I hope this keeps up for aa while because it's quite the breath of fresh air from all of the "1000 degree knife" style videos (yes liquid nitrogen and thermite count under that category of "It's obvious what is going to happen and so it's only mildly entertaining")

      The decking material is not strong enough to use in place of the wooden 2" x 4"s. The table would not be able to support the weight of the people sitting at it.

    hi guys love your vids can u make dry ice a liquid by adding cold icy water?????

    • @meaglefanclub4740
      @meaglefanclub4740 6 лет назад +5

      Cody Clayden It impossible to due to The fact that dry ice sublimates. It would not cool down the water. The solid would immediently turn into a gas (Property of sublimation). That’s the fog you see coming off of it, it’s co2 gas. Dry ice is extremely difficult to turn into a liquid due to where it’s triple point is (Thermodynamics talk) in order to turn it into a liquid you need the perfect ratio of pressure and temp. At regular pressure, 1atm, it’s impossible to turn it into a liquid.

    • @mleachx1

    • @dragoonduneman4161
      @dragoonduneman4161 6 лет назад +1

      I wouldnt mind a true cup holder like take some car built cup holder. I cannot tell you how many time i have beer on the table and have some annoying kids barely bump the table and it goes flying and spill everywhere. The only problem that i see in this design is that it remove the ability to have a umbrella holes for those umbrella for shade. id would have made those table a little longer so that you could attach cooler tray on the side.

    I'm curious would it have been easier to do a drop down approach for the cooler with maybe some cord handles to pull it out versus a slide underneath? Or do a combination of the two?
