Absolutely loved this episode because the guest too asked so many questions & we got so many insights from Deepi too, it was a conversation more than an interview. Loved it ❤

Every business has its own challenges. It's strong determination, support (team, family) and availability of reasonable capital what matters a lot in any business.

I think the roles of interviewer and later got exchanged. I agree its easier to run a tech company than to run a restaurant with little roi.

I think Zomato should bear atleast some part of packaging cost... Its because of this service the food prices in the menu are going higher

Still taste would be a great differentiator and nowadays restaurant and food stalls turned out to be an easiest way to entrepreneurship.

Isn't Deepi glowing a bit extra & looking handsomer in this podcast? Or is it just me falling harder in his love every day 😂

The guest is asking more questions then the host🙄i mean the title of the episode is how to make it in the industry but there is no insight or important lessons tips shared by the guest about this only 1-2 minutes they talked about that. I think she’s not interested in giving answers instead shes more interested in zomato’s work model. 🙄.
She can give more info about hotel industry and career practically, how to start restaurant bussiness or enter ,how to scale, what to sale ,what concept are better & many many important question etc. but anyways she tried her best may be its just the initial stage of the podcast but they have to focused on the topic.
Ps- I admire her she’s a good & creative chef I constantly followed her work on social media, its just i want her to open up lil bit more and share her experiences &challanges to the core of the topic.

She is a chef, has started soda bottle openerwala, one restaurant, has shared her insights on how sometimes things get out of hand and challenges she faces. On the other hand, the guy sitting opposite her, handles food business for the entire nation, knows customers insights, knows what improvements restaurants can make to get more profitable, Zomato has the max amt of data of food business, listen to this guy speaking and you can take away so much more than just running a restaurant. 😉😄
