Definitely recommend! It’s pretty easy going and you can even play in short bursts if you need. A great and classic JRPG with a modern coat of paint. Best of both worlds!
At around the 3:25 mark you said that you don't control your other party members but that's not true. You can switch to different characters during battle and you can change the party leader to any other character to control as your "main". Other than that, this is a solid review.

I am playing it right now my review also provided by Square thanks Square, should be up in a month, I like to take my time with it and I am still on my vacation. My thoughts so far: great game loving the music, gameplay, art style i first thought the gameplay was too eas and a button masher but later on the gameplay does get better I still feel like there are better action RPGs like Astral Chain or Scarlet Nexus but for what it is I like it! ❤
I agree, some battles late game that need a bit more strategy than plain old button mashing. Definitely a welcome change when it got more difficult! I need to check out Astral chain! I’ve heard lots of good things about it. Thanks for tuning in!!
@@ErekLadd You absolutely need to check out Astral Chain in my opinion a true MASTERPIECE! The game does get hard I am playing at the middle setting so one above you if you choose the easiest one and yeah you do die couple of time, against the worm boss I needed to grind levels and I also then realized that party members don't always come on they own and so I did a side quest to get a 4th party member and then the fight was easier because they can eat only 3 members because there are only 3 worms but by that time I got so strong that I beat them without them eating me or my teammates.

What a great review! This game actually looks pretty interesting, so I love all of the information you gave about it without giving spoilers.
Honestly it's well worth checking out if you can. A good game to unwind with, nothing really heavy on the brain after the end of the day!
