Have the Nemo 1p Bikepack to try. I was glad to see Nemo got in the short-pole bikepack tent game, really what makes sense for all backpacks. I will see how the Nemo Dragonfly does. It might be slightly more weight but is completely free standing with sturdy poles: unlike most in this video.
I've the Vango Project 10 Helium. Not as light nor compact, but 1/2 the price and more importantly I can sit up in it (I'm 6,2"). Having done a few trips with this, and a previous tent, IMO weight is less of an issue than packed size when bikepacking. Also, the ability for flysheet first (or as in the case of the Vango, fly/inner/footprint in a oner) is essential when in a 'wet' climate (I'm in Scotland).
