FYI... pour VINEGAR on the affected area for a jellyfish sting. It can prevent the spread of the venom. PS: A spoon or two vinegar is far from sufficient to do the job. Take a bottle of it (500mL if you can) and pour it over the stung area so that the vinegar can sink into the skin without you needing to massage it in. A jellyfish, when stinging, typically wraps its tentacles around the victim(arm or leg or something else) and inserts the stingers in its tentacles (a couple of hundred of them) into the victim's skin and leaves them in there just like a bee(while a bee dies post sting, jellyfish does not). A typical jellyfish sting looks as if someone took a pen and drew curvy lines on the skin (mark of the area of contact). The entirety of the lines/sting contains stingers embedded in the skin which keep on releasing venom into the victim. Those tiny stingers cannot be removed and can only be nullified by vinegar. Massaging the skin around stung area squeezes the stingers and makes them release moe venom, which is also why you need to just pour a lot of vinegar so that all the stingers can be neutralized directly. Urine and such does not work. And this vinegar too, is only effective in only the first few minutes after the sting. Hope this info is helpful 🙏
