He's voiced by Toby Fox, he's not deep voiced ringmaster at all only when the pitch changes he sounds deep and it doesn't even sound like the headcannon voice, even then the orignal sample is the weird little Brooklyn accent "Now ye chance te be a big shot!". And Kris is a They/Them they are supposed to be vacant and emotionless because thats part of Deltarune's story, the fact of why they feel like this. They are literally labeled the "Class zombie" by how stiff an undead they move by Susie.
