Thanks for this. I have a friend who lost her Dad to an injury like this - almost identical scenario. He was working in his garage on a ladder and fell. His daughter was a nurse and she acted as first aider. After that, he said he felt sore but fine, took some painkillers and went to bed. Headache continued the day after, all day, managed with painkillers. He went to bed that evening and never woke up. Bleed on the brain. She still blames herself for not making him go to A&E. So sad.😢
