To clarify based on what i know is, crystal and auras are different, auras are drops from bosses, 1st, 2nd and 4th boss drops auras which are bubble, lightning and fire, but the 3rd boss drops attributes spins, each aura has its own drop percentage, i belive fire is 1% drop chance, and crystal spawn every 2 hours around the map, but only 1 crystal spawns so who ever gets it first, has it, you need to be lvl 500 to equip to ur beyblade, not to sure abt aura lvl requirement tho.

Fragments a drops from bosses, which vary in tiers, and rarities, each fragment has its own drop chance, and sometimes you wont get a drop, fragments are basically and extra skill slot for your beyblade you can also upgrade your fragments to make them better.

@rachelsalcedosolangon5480 usually you can got to your inventory and click on the crystal of interest and use it, you can equip to your beyblade that is level 500+, i haven't come across any issues of this bug before so i couldn't tell you otherwise
