I did think about writing captions but felt it was best not to as I was concerned that my interpretation of what I was hearing could be incorrect which could lead me to being accused of claiming people have said something they haven’t.

I just saw a post by Jason Hawes that she was charged with DUI after a police pursuit.

I want to make a quick point here. Scott reached out to me first. He sent me all these videos and audio. I then connected him with Ben, Instead of me being the first to post this stuff. Again, proving the point that I am not doing this for clicks and views as a certain person from “Bad2TheBone Paranormal” had claimed. Please stay safe everyone. Hopefully Jacqueline will get the help she needs and Scott will get the refund he deserves.

As a person who suffers with severe bipolar she is VERY much tye same and then she self medicated with alcohol which makes EVERYTHING horribly worse. But I think she knows she is as well and let's that be her excuse to be this horrible and try and keep money

For those who are wondering why the audio is so bad.
The videos are more to show how she was behaving and just documenting everything, Ben is right you can hear it better if you use headphones. The best audio I have was from my recorder.
With all the videos and the voice recording this was to show others that it’s not a safe place to be right now and to either stay away till things get better or just be careful if you do go.
Also thank you Ben from the bottom of my heart showing this. It helps to know that this will shed some light on the situation and protect everyone.

So glad my paranormal group here in Texas are being made aware of this. We had planned on going next year to the Conjuring house but after seeing and reading about this very deceiving hateful woman, we will take our money and business elsewhere and not even attempt to go there until it's under new management - without her name or person being there . Thanks for showing this. How dare her( the owner) be so unprofessional and rude about this. She is one weird messed up woman that we definitely don't want to be around nor deal with. I will pass this on to my fellow Paranormal groups . Thanks for the heads up and I hope she does do right and give you your money back. Oh and , I never thought Jason Hawes , Satori Hawes nor Cody were crooked or made things up nor out to destroy her . I have only seen sincere concern for her health along with concern and fear for themselves from this witchy woman . I hope she gets the professional psychiatric medical help that she needs desperately needs .

You would be in the wrong. If you're asked to leave you have no right to stay on the property, regardless of any money you paid. You'd be trespassing. You MAY have a civil claim for breach of contract or something along those lines but that doesn't change the fact that you would've been in the wrong if you refused to leave the property after being asked to by the owner or manager. This is private property and they have the right to refuse service for any reason (other than a few very specific things).

I think you’ve been the most comprehensive channel keeping up to date information about the situation. Jason appearing adds to your credibility and it’s great to get his input with yours. There’s a reason why she didn’t put it in writing. She knows it would have been held against her in court, but even then, with this recording of her saying it, and him requesting it, it’ll still hold up in court
It should depending on RI consent laws.
Three things:
1. I believed Jason Hawes. I’ve watched him since Ghost Hunters first aired, and he has always come across as a good man, even after Grant pulled that ‘jacket’ stunt. He didnt ‘defend’ him. He seemed actually stunned by it. But he did NOT try to pull the wool over our eyes, because he’s also known for debunking as he goes, and I appreciate that! Even when it came to Cody and Satori, he let us make up our own minds, rather than insisting it was real. And I find that admirable. I highly doubt that ANY father would publicly come out and say, “Yeah, my daughter is a fake.” No father should be put on the spot like that. So, he allowed us to use our own judgment. Exemplary!
2. This woman is blaming her horrible way of treating her paying guests… on the SPIRITS? Someone who knows her really well had stated that she has mental health issues. I believe her! I live in a haunted house, and it REALLY affected my husband! (I didn’t know how bad it was when I moved here. And let me say… I t’s REALLY bad! I get pulled off the bed at times and wake up kneeling on the floor, as if in prayer. There is a LOT that goes on here.) We slept in separate rooms, because his personality was truly difficult to live with. He became such a horrific pathological liar, and could not go a day without lying at least five to ten times. Sometimes a LOT more! Even to the point where his lies resulted in the death of three of my fur babies!! There were times when I’d walk near the stairs and see not just one, but a number of shadow figures in his room, near his door, and walking up and down the stairs. He hasn’t lived with me for 14 months now, and things have gotten so much better! His personality hasn’t changed much. But I don’t see as many shadow figures anymore. Although, I still get pulled off the bed at times, and things continue to happen. But I don’t feel ‘on edge’ anymore, because his personality and lying was worse than being slid off the bed!
3. As far as this video is concerned, you could’ve cut the it down to that part near the end, where you could actually hear it. Prior to that, I couldn’t make out a single word. But I appreciate the effort you put into it, to keep us informed! Thank you! It sheds quite a light.

It is so good that there's audio of her saying she'll refund the person. If the person decides to actually sue Jacquline, this is great evidence. I think they should sue to get the money back if Jacquline is not going to do it willingly.

I don't think her behavior is normal...the aggression, paranoia, delusions...I'm no doctor, but if she was my family member, I'd want a doctor to investigate possible dementia or something like that.
She's been taken to the hospital for a mental health check twice to my knowledge. Once for several days. However I don't think they can hold her there against her will unless a judge says so. Fortunately the local police chief would not sign off on the renewal of her business license because she said a bunch of weird stuff on the application. I heard the license for her property development company is now out of date.

@@luluroozI don't think alcohol is the root problem here. She seems to be mentally ill and self medicating with alcohol, which is just deteriorating her condition further. Yes, she likely needs treatment for alcoholism... but also for more (bipolar, perhaps?). I really hope she can get into an inpatient program and get the proper care for the whole scope of her problems before she or someone else gets hurt.

Ive been following this situation since the initial firing of the CH house and im SO thankful someone (who isnt jason or satori) has finally released video and audio of Jacqueline doing EXACTLY what has been claimed by others. THIS would be more than enough to make me cancel any plans of going, so long as Jacqueline has anything to do with the property. She is harassing the very people who paid in full to the point where, personally, i would feel she's an absolute threat.
Scott, if youre reading this - im so sorry you and your wife were put through this nonsense. Thank you for sharing this with us all. My cousin has been looking into setting up a stay at the house so i will be sending this video to him. The proof is out there - anyone who continues to go after this us choosing the possibility of this exact situation happening to them. I hope you get all your money back, i hope everyone who has been wronged by Jacqueline is made right and i hope bad to the bone paranormal comes to her darn senses and quits defending/supporting Jacqueline's DISTURBING behavior.

For that price he could of rented out all of Pennhurst. Pennhurst has opened a few new buildings and some more of the tunnel system that run from building to building. I refuse to go to the Conjuring House and it's only 2hrs from me, much rather take the extra time and go to Pennhurst. When i was at Pennhurst in 2017/2018 in the basement of the Devon building i had pieces of concrete thrown at me.

You can’t have people pay for a night anywhere then keep coming in and out of the place they paid you for. Could you imagine going into court to sue someone and the judge says what did they do to you, and that person responds with, nothing I had a FEELING they were bad people the spirits were telling me!!! What a disgusting way to treat guests who paid you good money to be there!!! For her to randomly judge people based on her feelings, this all coming from someone who has Mental Health Issues is a problem. This is how she can just dismiss patrons or staff based on her own crazy feelings. All this in connection to her claims spirits told her people are stealing or have bad intentions, this is how she can hoodwink people who pay money to visit or work there out of money. Watching this made me really angry. The poor guy Scott who was clearly ripped off and cheated there by Jaqueline for an investigation at TCH. He paid good money infaith to Jaqueline and travelled along way to go to the TCH to investigate there. But what did he get for his money he paid for? Massive interference by that deranged owner and unfounded unfair slander and accusations, swearing made by that said owner towards a paying patron of her attraction. Also he clearly did not get to do the investigation or the hours there he paid for either. Scott was basically harassed and intimidated out of the TCH by Jaqueline. This is how she's able to rip people off as usually there is no evidence of this happening and basically it's her word against yours. You can't do anything to get your money back from her even if she says she will return your money!!! Big Red Flag as she won't!!! Clearly here's a case of an owner who should not have a license to trade or to offer tours at all or any investigations at TCH, Full Stop!!! This so called lady is a deranged rip off merchant who needs to have her business closed down period!!! Hopefully Jaqueline will lose her case to trade soon and this will result in the TCH being unavailable to visit anymore under her ownership. This can't happen soon enough for me now as a result of Scott's video exposing Ms Nunez. Hope you get your money back Scott!!!

I think situations like this could get her in trouble. This is basically theft. She stole their money and that of anyone else this has happened to. She's done enough, I think, that she'd get in trouble if it's reported to the police. Especially if others can show this is a trend.

Unfortunately here in the US the authorities in most states dont have the right to just commit someone. There are a few places like California where you can call on a family member and have them put somewhere professional for at least 72 hours while they are evaluated. However this is not most places. I personally believe all 50 states should have this in place.

Yeah, it seems her issue is a lot longer than since last year. It seems close to 30 years she has an anger issues, and say horrible things about others. I am working on my video now about her past.
I’ve done my best to make the audio in the clips as clear as possible. I’d advise listening with headphones if you can as it’ll help it to be clearer.

I live ten minutes away from the house, everyone around town knows she is crazy, she fired an employee because “ the spirits” said they were stealing. She’s lost her license and can’t host anyone and has still been doing this same thing, Google her, recent DUI and nothing but bad press, sadly we have to now wait for her to lose the house and get new owners to start over again.

The moment I saw this woman in Sam and Colby’s hell week last year something didn’t felt right I knew something is up with her but I didn’t know what was it specifically. The way she was talking, acting, describing the house was so odd. Over the years I have watched several videos of this place and it was nothing like what she claimed. Last owner before her I believe his name was Corey if I’m not mistaken was an incredible guy. When I found out that he sold the house n left I got so sad. I don’t know why he sold the house but yeah the current owner is crazy. Minding I haven’t watched any videos of the drama going on although I saw thumbnails of it, this video proved my instinct of that woman. I knew that this woman had something odd going on a year ago before all this drama started. I’m going to deep dive on this for better understanding of the situation. In fact there’s your video that you uploaded 3 hours ago on the screen that says she’s arrested but I need to start from the beginning of course.
She did the same thing to customers last fall , only non famous customers . She is a con artist , the lady seams to have a substance abuse problem . I have been around addicts and her actions is very simular to how those type people act. The lady needs exposed for these crimes

So glad we did an overnight back when Cory and Jen owned it. They were super nice, super chill and gave us the run of the house. We never saw or even heard them the entire time except for when Cory let us borrow some ghost hunting equipment and he also set up a TV for us in the seance room so we could watch the Conjuring 3 which had recently come out.

This whole Conjuring house drama, I've been like towards the Conjuring house staff: "Dude, seriously? They're paying to be there, and you're going to wrong them, when they can easily not go to the Conjuring house, and say bad things, (Which bad things have been said), therefore making it more likely for you to drastically lose money"
After initially hearing about Scott & his wife's experience i already felt bad for them but now "seeing" it is feel even worse for them. I really hope this gets sent around so everyone can see exactly why going there currently is not wise. Hopefully something will change so TCH again can be a place to investigate but that's definitely not a good idea atm. Thank you Scott for allowing your video to be seen. As you knew before going, it might not be the best thing but I feel like SEEING will open more eyes & help ppl truly understand how bad going is currently.

All I have to say is I studied business in collage and took work training in highschool and all I can say is this is EXTREMELY UN-Professional. She needs to get more mental health help and do some drug trial to be put on the right meds before continuing her businesses. One weekend in a hospital and being let go is not enough. I think I heard from another source she is on the verge of losing her business license by the end of the month is she doesn't get serious help.
The way I wouldn’t have left until she Venmo’d me the money or called my bank with the footage for a chargeback.

Wow that woman is completely delusional thinking spirits are going to tell her if a person has bad intentions or not 😂 How can you trust any evidence you get from that house when that woman is constantly disruptive and walking around. There are plenty of better haunted locations you can go to instead of that one, I wouldn't give anymore money to that greedy woman.
After hearing the last encounter, I have to say straight out, JN is insane. I don’t know if there is help for her. I have a feeling if they didn’t give up and leave, she was going to get violent. She was so paranoid.
I hope that JN understands that this has been posted to show her how she's behaving, and that it's not acceptable. That she realises that she needs to get help.

I think, at some point, she's going to start claiming she's possessed. In reality, she's a con artist who's paranoid that everyone's figured her out.
She got a DUI and she probably wont get her entertainment license renewed. She wont be allowed to have people after November.

The swearing at customers, interruptions, chucking them out, lying about a refund. Why are people still going to this badly run location? How is she even still aloud to run it. She doesn't need to own this home be in business of any kind period she needs to be held accountable for everything she's done she's an absolute scam artist she should be behind bars for 25 years she's such a horrible human being this is absolutely stunning and she is getting away with it shes not crazy she knows what she is doing she is being a scam artist commiting crime after crime and saying she needs help is allowing her to keep going so report her to local police state and federal government she needs to be held accountable period
It seems to me that she keeps allowing people to book nights at the house & then interrupts them, throws them out or doesn't even answer the door to them..I've heard all of the situations multiple times, and its crazy that she even has in the contract that you could reserve a night & PAY money & she could decline you at anytime! Thats all she seems to be doing at this point..its just for the money!

I wonder why the owners before sold to her? Did they not do their research? Or, did she hide her crazy really well that the owners were like, "Oh, she's good. No problem here."
This is why I hate the Wyze system. It doesn't pick up audio for sh!t and the recordings can be extremely choppy. I completely believe everything Scott says, I just wish he had used real film equipment.
By her not giving him anything in writing about the refund, she had no intention of giving him one. This woman needs some serious mental help and TCH needs to be closed to the public for the time being. Scott needs to sue her for all his travel expenses and what he paid to be there!! Perhaps the internet can SHAME her into giving him his refund!!
This woman needs help. Seriously. I saw a woman pacing back and forth muttering to herself, leaving and coming back because she is dwelling on the fact they're in there. She is showing signs of delusional paranoia, and that can be dangerous, because at any point she could decide a guest is trying to kill her or possess her, as she accused Jason of doing, and she could harm someone. Or worse. She says the spirits are talking to her....she is quite possibly hearing voices and having auditory hallucinations. I'm not a psychologist, but I have studied mental health issues enough to say that in my opinion, this woman is showing signs of schizophrenia and needs serious intervention. Jason and his daughter Satori might want to consider carrying some form of protection with them (a tazer if they're not comfortable with the thought of a gun.) If this woman has an episode, someone will be hurt. I hope everyone stays safe.

She was obsessed with the house before she made an offer on it.
She wanted to get her hands on that property, and she was not going to take no for an answer.
Now, she thinks being the owner of the Conjuring house affords her the privilege of acting like a menacing fool without any kind of consequence.
She had two chances to do something about her mental state, but she threw these opportunities away in favor of continuing on with her current behavior which has now garnered her a DUI and the loss of her entertainment license.
She has no one but herself to blame.
