According to this word of God My body is temple of God and i should take care of this temple. But how i will know how to take care of it if God Himself did not teach me?.

Bro Mario since the Israelites were from the Middle East Region Bible has mentioned all these foods. Foods pertaining to the local region is good for the people of that place. For example if one is in Kerala red rice, coconut, fish, tapioca, pepper and spices will suit the body. If a person is from Punjab wheat chapatti, dal, butter milk, mustard oil etc will suit that person's body. This is my understanding and also ancient wisdom. Also to eat the seasonal foods available in that season and not stored foods
