Any theories on the part this song might play in the story of idmthy? 👀
well it seems like Quad (as the prospective of a ghost) is trying to reassure his loved ones by saying "I'm not going Anywhere." My theory is that this takes place before Cassini's Division cuz the last line in Casini is "Until Next Time" which is signaling that his time in the afterlife is basically finished. I could be completely wrong though. Also I just realized that the background Organs I think kind of sound like wailing when the pitch goes up and down.
@Matsuba that's an interesting idea, we might just be reading too far into it and it's just some freestyle but somthing abt those lyrics gave me the thought that it could play into the story as a whole, I was sorta thinking that since Cassinis is him sort of fading away into the static, that this was him saying "I'm not going anywhere but I'm not going to cause you guys any more harm" so yeah either way I think it takes place before Cassini aswell

I think it could be before "sorry for dying", before the start of idmthy, where he thinks about offing himself.
It could be that this song leads up to that, like the events and his mindset before his death.
