The infinix S5 has a Quad rear camera which is unique & hole Punch display, It also seems to have smaller chin & Bezzels. With These, I would rather go for the infinix S5.
Infinix always packs their phones with a magnetif field sensor, that enables compass use on smartphones. This greatly eases navigation on google maps. On a sad note, i have NEVER seen any mid-range Tecno with this sensor (Compass). This is why i would always pick Infinix compared with Tecno, unless otherwise.

S5 and s5lite has the same chipset so they will perform same. the only difference is the camera. S5 coming with 32mpfront and 4camera at the back. While the s5lite comes with the 16mp and 3cameras at the back. So ur money for ur product.
