Look through your course catalog for specific classes within those categories to narrow it down. Your school may offer non-profit management classes.

So any company that "donates" pro-bono services to that person, who is using it to continue working on helping a charity hub of sorts, can receive basics like "covered travel/housing and food" all in the name of meeting bare-minimum criteria to continue helping a greater cause. ^and those companies that do so, can receive an official receipt of sorts.
