Correction : 31 zen 3 enders' inputs are shown as 21 zen 3, this is editing mistake, the input is supposed to be 31 not 21. Also there are alternate f4 combos ive posted separately which might be useful.
The ender is b3 zen 13, which wont work because of the axis that f4 ch puts you in. But you can check out alternate f4 routes ive posted, where the new ender is applied.

Why don't you do B3,zen,1,(2,3) ender instead of BF2.1,2 after staple
