  • Tommy Lee Cook and his All Star Band heat up a cool and windy
January day at his Buckingham Bar Backyard Bluesfest! I'm bringing this out of my video archives for all to enjoy. There's nothing more fun than the great music and food at Tommy's biweekly winter Bluesfests. Fantastic musicians, great originals of Tommy's, great covers, great sounds, friendly blues lovers and wonderful outdoor stage in the palm trees, next to Bucky the mule. Doesn't get any better than this...my favorite blues place anywhere. Tommy's Bluesfest is probably the best $10 you'll ever spend for some great outdoor Florida blues! I've been away far too long. Can't wait to get back there this December. New memories and video will be forthcoming.
This set is unedited and the last minute got cut off. Enjoy, like if you do, subscribe and share. Years of video will be coming over the winter. I'm just getting started. Tommy's cd's are REALLY good. Check them out here and listen to samples, and buy.

Check out the calendar and be sure to stop by if you're in the area. Great blues jams on Wednesdays and Sundays, Backyard Bluesfests starting on December 8th, maybe sooner. I'll be there!

Somehow couldn't do an independent comment but... Thank you videoirwin for posting this video. My wife and I spend half the year in SWFL and the Buckingham Blues Festivals are our favorite go to events. Thanks to Tommy Lee, Rex and all the boys for great music and great times! Got to tell anybody who's never been there - our first time Tommy Lee(bar owner) says "If you bring your own flask, please buy your setups." I looked at my wife and said "We're going to be here a lot!".
