Yes, ADHD DOES make you lose your focus, as a person IRL with it, I know what it does. The more I keep myself quiet, the less likely I will lose my focus. Don't know if this is different for anyone else though, because I also have autism.

@@snowyyouth3735 No I like having ADHD, it isn't really THAT bad. ADHD and autism together just makes it really hard to make friends though... which is why I have no friends.
