How to print Silicone Heat Transfer Label.
This video uses ADg Silicone screenprint ink for Heat Transfer Label.
This ink and all related chemicals are V.O.C. free, have no odor, long shelf life.
Also, users can print by Simple and Fast process, Low waste for production, and save total production cost.
The Label performance is Excellent for Fastness, Aging, Elasticity and Flexible, Soft feel and non-sticky, and Ultimate bleed blocking.

Hey.. is it possible to get a silicone sheet (with powder glue) with certain thickness & i will CNC cut it to different design or text ?

If you will use a Laser-cut plotter, it is possible.
But if you will use a kind of cutter-plotter, not recommended due to the surface roughness coming from the powder adhesive.
And please note that there is some thickness tolerance because those sheets will be produced with the screen printing process.
