How to print Silicone Heat Transfer Label.
This video uses ADg Silicone screenprint ink for Heat Transfer Label.
This ink and all related chemicals are V.O.C. free, have no odor, long shelf life.

This video was taken under a microscope. Used black ink and hotmelt adhesive. The hotmelt adhesive is NOT bond well with the black ink. The melted hot melt adhesive is easily peeled off from the silicone ink. This caused the problem for the peeling after the transfer, fastness for rubbing, fastness for washing. Hey.. is it possible to get a silicone sheet (with powder glue) with certain thickness & i will CNC cut it to different design or text ?
If you will use a Laser-cut plotter, it is possible. But if you will use a kind of cutter-plotter, not recommended due to the surface roughness coming from the powder adhesive. And please note that there is some thickness tolerance because those sheets will be produced with the screen printing process. How to mix dyes & silicon percentage
Our ink is already mixed with pigment and ready for print(but just need reducer and catalyst). We have total 30colors. If you need other special effect pigment, please follow the instruction of pigment supplier but the mixing ratio will not exceeding 25wt%.

What is best temperature, and cutting time for silicone?
For heat curing after the powdering, we recommend the target temperature range 135-165degree. It depends on the type of oven. Please note that the lower temperature requires a longer time to cure. 150second @160degree 180second @150degree etc. Inadequate heat curing may cause less fastness of the label. Please find out your best curing condition with sufficient safety range before your mass production.
