Check your audio settings in your recording software. It seems like your voices are being picked up by the array mic on the recording laptop, and NOT from the microphones sitting in front of you. The mics might be picked up by the DAC and fed into the computer, but the recording itself is configured to use the array mic. Basing this on the audio quality, room reverb, and the missing expectations of the dynamic mics in front of you.
