    I'm twisting with the fact of being the first to comment. Burroughs talks about Blade Runner, Alan Nourse and the movie. Funny how Burroughs didn't mention the author Philip K. Dick.

      given how both authors were strongly influenced by substance abuse, i wonder what his thoughts on Dick would have been.

      I suspect because the title of the film was taken from his writing, and the film was so popular, Burroughs purposely kept that vague. That's only based on my own conjecture.

      same thing, Zeitgeist is german for it. "time" + "spirit" but saying ghost instead of spirit shows a more dead connotation. Honestly I'm gonna start calling it that from now on instead lol
