was at haldon forest a few weeks ago. Wanted to ride bird of prey. But overgrown.

Yes is quite overgrown getting there if you continue on a bit further on there is way to get to the start

Wheel rims are standard equipment, or special.

Yes have used trail forks and Strava very few or none of the off piste trails are on it annoyingly
