Dear Marty In the processing process I received a message. displacement map, must be 8 bit/pixl The images are loaded 16 bit/pixl. I had to set all the images to 8 bit, and everything worked out. In any case, thank you for an interesting tutorial.

Ditto. An error. I’ll try again later. Thanks for your efforts. A few seconds later: on my iPad, I tapped the image, then chose Save to Photos. It appears that it downloaded in full resolution. Thanks proud vet for the idea.
A beautiful work, and an excellent method, the woman's picture seems to be made with artificial intelligence, it seems very realistic, but it is a very perfect human face, but it is an excellent choice for the work to be done, I will try it in different faces, I wish you a healthy day.

Yes, 8 bits must be checked for most filters in Photoshop to work. Therefore, I only work in 8 bits.
my file was grey how do i fix that
Go to Image > Mode > RGB color, 8 bits/Channel
