I would like to tell you out of the RUclips channels I watch yours by far is the most straightforward and I always seem to learn something each time. I've been selling on eBay for 10+ years. From watching your videos and no longer Goodwill my insert cards. Thanks for showing that every card has some value. I'm not which allows me to sell what I don't want but gives me money to buy for my personal collection.
Thanks for the video I appreciate seeing the process. The only thing I don’t like that everyone seems to do is use the stick and peel labels on a PWE. I’ve noticed when I print directly on the envelopes they are never sent back, the letter scanner at USPS seems to read them better so the ESE tracking is more consistent. Way less of those shipments that don’t update.
Man it really is such a grind currently up to around 550 listings posting everyday trying to hit 1k listings the hardest part for me so far is sourcing and storage so I can find what I'm looking for fast but been picking up lots that I think will sell recently got a nice insert lot with a price around 15 cents a card and they've been getting lots interest
well i quit using plain white because the rollers they go through at the post office can ruian them. just saying. i've had many cards with roll creases. very hard to see so most people don't notice it. I've been doing what you do for 20 years so far.
I am just getting started myself trying to invest in card that make sense and are in a price range and player that we think would be attractive to people. I just received my label printer, envelopes etc. and am trying to increase the amount of cards I have listed on eBay.

You should get an external display or monitor so you don't have to look at that small screen. That and plug in a USB keyboard and mouse. Just like using a standard desktop.
Margins are actually really good, usually 5x-10x depending on the card and the ebay fees. But the amounts are small so volume is the only way to make it a sustainable business
My post office told me today i had to pay an extra .40 cents sending a top loader standard envelope. Said it couldn't go through the machine. Anyone else heard this? Send tons that exact same way. Now all of the sudden they say its not allowed 😢
Ive veen doing this for 3 momths 8 have 80% low end cards and its rough trying to sell cards for $1.60 , i might be selling about 2 cards a day, id love some advice to boost sales. Im doing promotions, have a store and running specials. doing

Just switched to full time. I work as many hours as I can. I try to work a regular daily 9-5 and then add in hours or switch out hours based on what else is going on. Sometimes I get up at 4 am and work on cards. But I'd say I average about 50 hrs a week
Why do you end a random lot of listings and then relist the same ones every morning? Doesn't ebay re-list them for you if they don't sell in 30 days? I don't understand this step
How are photoing , and adding detailed descriptions for 350 cards “later tonight or early morning” ? lol serious question. Say a listing takes on average 1 minute to upload photos, detailed descriptions shipping, Etc that’s 350 minutes that almost 6 hours with not a second of a break
Hello, I just looked at a few of your listings and each one has 2 paragraphs and reads like a story about each card. You must type incredibly fast to put a listing together in 45 seconds. It almost reads like you are using a listing service. Do you use a listing service? I’m luck to do 20-25 listings a day.
@@sporton1977 this is the new AI description that automates a description for you but doesn’t go into detail of the cards actual condition, like soft corners, surface wear, creases etc. which is what I was referring to as I feel that’s very important to list rather just writing NM (near mint) or LP(light play) or MP (Moderate play) etc
@@thedollarbox if you’re knockin out 350 listings in 4 hours you need to be selling a course as to how. Lol I would literally pay and would love to just watch live for atleast an hour or two to see how you do it lol. That’s insane bro

Just keep grinding. Maybe change what you are stocking, sounds like there is low interest in what you are trying to sell

If you mean do I get a lot of return business? Yes, I do. The cards also have a link to this channel so i kinda get to double up on their purpose

To get them to list as "New listings" it's a very common way to renew old listings

Takes me about 45 seconds to list an item. And yes, it's time consuming. I spent about 4 hours to do those 350 listings, give or take a few minutes.

@sporton1977 no listing service. That "book" you are reading is the ebay AI description I employ. You can do it right in the app when you are listing
