Here's the story for the first two videos, girls:
Shurima is kind a mix of Egyptian and Middle East-like as well as its culture. In the first video(which it didn't explain it further for those who are not familiar), after Cassiopeia, a Noxian high-lady, betrayed and killed the Shuriman mercenary Sivir, the snake deity punished her and turned into a Medusa-hair-like & a half-snake. In the game, she can poison her enemies and her ultimate is make them into stone(Stun Damage). In the end, she was hidden somewhere in Noxus but became known as one of the half-beast member of the Black Rose, a hidden dark organization.
For the 2nd video, Sivir died because of blood loss but fortunately, she revive the lost Emperor of Shurima, Azir. Shurima was became an abadoned city after the emperor died. So as the story goes, when the Emperor Azir put her in the healing waters, Sivir revives for the 2nd time and that is the reason why the emperor ascended and brought back the city from the dust... even the Sun Disk which it gives the most important role of the lost city.
Edited: And yeah Sivir is the only survivor in Azir's blood. Funny thing is the Emperor was trying to spoiled his only grand grand granddaughter 😂 but Sivir doesn't want to feel like a princess(reference to the Legends of Runeterra interactions)

I'd like to add, the other two guys who come out (Renekton and Xerath) are also related to this stories, if you remember the "anubis-like" guy from one of the first cinematic, he's Nasus, Renekton brother, Nasus was known as a great intelectual and strategist, while Renekton was one of the greatest warriors of Shurima, I don't remember all the details, but I think Nasus got sick or injured, and to save his life he was chosen to Ascend (ascencion is a process that turns specific humans into god-like antropomorphic animals) but he was to weak to walk into the Solar Disc (the device for ascencion) so his brother Renekton carried him there (knowing that since the ascencion was not meant for him, he'd die) but both of them were chosen, they ascended together becoming even wiser and stronger respectively (ascendeds are immortal btw)
Some time after (centuries maybe) when Azir was about to become emperor he had a slave (Xerath) Xerath was plotting to betray Azir during his ascencion, free all slaves and sieze the throne and the ascencion for himself (little he knew that that Azir was planning to abolish slavery once he became emperor).
So Xerath kills Azir and enters the solar disc but since the ascencions was not meant for him, unlike Renekton who was a good person and deserved it, his body was destroyed, but since he was actually a great magician he managed to survive in the form that is shown in the cinematic and the game, he is kind of an unperfect on uncomplete ascended, he is immortal tho. This event causes the destruction of the solar disc, the destruction of Shurima (the city) and the fall of their empire.
Then Nasus and Renekton fight Xerath but he was too strong so Renekton sacrifices himself, telling Nasus to seal them both in the ruins of the city, where Renekton would fight Xerath eternally to prevent him from scaping and causing more damage, however, with his powers and in the course of thousands of years (the time between the sealing and reopening of their prision) Xerath corrupts Renekton's mind making him go all nuts and believe that Nasus betrayed him and that Xerath was a good boy.
