I dont know if itll work for your sauna, but in finland, where saunas come from, theres a tradition/technique to throw water into the hot rocks of the sauna so it vaporizes and makes the sauna humid and feel hotter, you should try it!

You're always going to be hardest on yourself, but the fact that you've worked so hard and improved so much while taking good care of yourself irl and keeping a good outlook are all really, really significant achievements! Its awesome that couri was so helpful and pushed you harder than you would have yourself. This has been a really fun journey to follow and i'm looking forward to the day you do make netherite 😊
